Technology Research Corp. has entered into a purchase agreement with Automated Engineering Corp., dB Technologies Inc. and David Bailey, principal shareholder of dB Tech, to acquire AEC’s Recreational Vehicle product line. The deal includes intellectual property owned by related parties, but wasn’t specific, a release said.
